From Your Member Manual
Your RFVV member manual is a valuable resource in which you'll find answers to most commonly asked questions. For the next few months, we will highlight portions of the manual that you may find particularly helpful.
Page two of your member manual lists all current fees and credits associated your membership. Don't forget about the late night credit! There is no hourly charge for use of RFVV vehicles between 11:00pm and 7:00am so run your errands in the evening and save some cash! Also, please note that all RFVV customers are responsible for a late fee of $20/hour if a vehicle is not returned on time. In addition, members are responsible for any taxi fares incurred by those who have a reservation affected by a late return.

Winter Driving Tips
Please remember to practice extreme caution when driving RFVV cars in winter conditions. Below are a few winter driving tips:
- Start and stop gradually to avoid losing traction in wet or slippery conditions.
- Drive at steady speeds, avoiding sudden starts or stops.
- Accelerate slightly when approaching a hill, then maintain steady speed going up.
- If your vehicle begins to skid, remove your foot from the accelerator and brake and LIGHTLY steer in the direction of the skid.
