Fueling Policy Changes

Please note the following fueling policy changes that are effective November 1:

*Please use your 4 digit PIN code as the Driver Number or PIN when using the Wright Express Fleet Fueling card. Your PIN is the number you use to log-into the reservation system. Using your PIN is a change from using the 0001 code that is printed on a sticker on each card.
*To receive the $2.00 refueling credit you MUST:

  • Fuel outside of Aspen / ABC
  • Use 85 octane gasoline
  • Use the Wright Express Card provided in each vehicle
  • Write member number (or name) and vehicle number on receipt
  • Leave receipt in center console
  • Check appropriate boxes and fill out trip ticket completely
  • Credit not available on FDR trips

* If the fueling card does not work, you may use your own money and be reimbursed for the cost of the gas. To be reimbursed, please leave a copy of your receipt in the car with your member number (or name) and the vehicle number on the receipt.

Snow tires / Scrapers

All RFVV vehicles will be fitted with snow tires and scrapers in the next couple of weeks. Summer tires will be put back on when the Pass opens in late May.

Don't Drive!?

Don't drive if itšs dangerous! You WILL NOT be charged if you must cancel a reservation due to inclement weather conditions. Just call to cancel your reservation AND fill out a trip ticket with your original reservation information. Please make a note in the "comments" section stating such. The minimum 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply in these situations.
